Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Pest Control Consultant to protect homes by selling industry-leading pest management services to residential customers in Hawaii.

You will assess customer needs, provide expert recommendations, and act as the face of our national brand in the local community. You will collaborate with service teams, use CRM tools, and drive revenue through consultative sales, with travel up to 100% of your territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to address issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expertise to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in Sales CRM.
