Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers.

You will represent the national brand in your local community, assessing needs and providing solutions to protect homes and families. The role requires up to 100% travel within territory, with a focus on customer service, sales results, and collaboration with service teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share with the team.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
