Qualifications

• The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management or related field.
• Minimum years of progressive experience in healthcare operations leadership and supervision.
• Experience supervising residential care or 24-hour care staff is preferred.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, safety programs and licensing inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the non-clinical operations of the residential facility.
• Directly supervise BHT/Direct Care team and evaluate performance.
• Manage 24/7 staffing schedules to maintain client-to-staff ratios.
• Lead onboarding and non-clinical training for new hires.
• Ensure medication processes and safety compliance are followed.
• Maintain administrative records, licenses, and personnel files.
