Berkshirejobs is seeking a leadership professional to oversee residential services operations in Massachusetts. The role includes supervising a team of Supervisors, ensuring safety plans, and maintaining quality/compliance across programs.

The position requires involvement in recruitment, policy instruction, and development of leadership training, with flexibility in hours and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Attend intakes, ISP meetings & Program reviews.
• Oversee completion of safety plans.
• Supervise a designated team of Supervisors with regular meetings, reports & on-site reviews; ensure quality/compliance docs are timely.
• Assist in recruitment and interviewing of staff for the agency.
• Instruct on BCARC policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement leadership development training as recommended by you or the Director.
• Maintain attractive interior/exterior appearance of all residences.
• Approve all residential purchase orders.
• Provide follow-up for reports: Human Rights violations; Accident & Injury; Incident; Medication Occurrence; Restraint Reports.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by VP Residential Services or Director of Residential Services.
• Use of a private automobile is required in this position.
• Transportation of individuals is a requirement of this position.
• Hours must remain flexible due to the nature of this position.
