Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive healthcare operations experience; two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising BHT/Direct Care teams and non-clinical staff.
• Proven ability to manage 24/7 staffing, scheduling, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and evaluate the BHT/Direct Care team.
• Manage 24/7 staffing for client-to-staff ratios across shifts.
• Lead onboarding and non-clinical training for new hires.
• Ensure medication processes compliance and safety.
• Coordinate inspections and corrective actions with regulators.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to align operations with treatment goals.
• Maintain administrative licenses and records in accordance with laws.
