Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse to support the Director of Nursing in managing facility operations, staff, supplies, and equipment to ensure the highest level of resident care. The role requires leadership to supervise nurses and CNAs and to maintain 24-hour staffing while complying with ODH regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise nursing staff including nurses and CNAs, manage scheduling and staffing on a 24-hour basis.
• Strong administrative, managerial, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of ODH regulations and compliance requirements.
• Capable of performing routine nursing duties and caring for residents with rehabilitative/restorative goals.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director of Nursing and assist in managing facility, people, supplies and equipment to ensure quality resident care.
• Supervise all nursing staff and CNA scheduling to maintain full staffing on a 24-hour basis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator and DON.
