The position requires a 21+ age, valid driver’s license, background checks, CPR/First Aid, TB clearance, and the ability to lead a team across shifts. Salary ranges from $68,640 to $70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Successful completion of required background checks.
• Education/experience as stated in the job posting.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance.
• Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff during shifts to ensure safety and client care.
• Coordinate program guidelines and disseminate information.
• Train new hires to company standards and monitor performance.
• Manage intake, discharges, transitions, and related logistics.
• Liaise with management for facility improvements and staff development.
• Build rapport with clients and staff; communicate concerns to leadership.
• Fill multiple roles across the residence and assist in various tasks.
• Support weekend activities and inventory management.
• Coordinate payroll timecards and staff scheduling to control costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
