AMFM Healthcare in Vienna, VA is seeking a Residential Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of house programs, staff training, and client safety. This role oversees shift coverage, coordinates with a team of Resident Coordinators, and maintains compliance with program policies, DHCS/Joint Commission requirements, and regulatory standards.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience), 21+ years old, background checks, CPR/First Aid, TB

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Background check required (ADP Selective Screening Services and other checks).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field OR HS diploma with 2+ years in direct care.
• Valid driver’s license with 4+ years driving experience and clean record.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Current TB clearance.
• Physical requirements: sit/stand/walk, lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of clients and staff on shift using supervision methods.
• Stay up-to-date with program guidelines and disseminate to staff.
• Train New Hires to meet company standards.
• Manage logistics: intake, discharges, transitions, appointments.
• Liaise with management on improvements and staff development.
• Build rapport with clients and staff; escalate concerns.
• Assist with weekend activities, weekly inventories, and supplies ordering.
• Coordinate with compliance to meet DHCS, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee late-night admissions and staff coverage as needed.
