AMFM Healthcare in Vienna, VA is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee house operations, ensure program policies are followed, supervise staff, and train Resident Coordinators to deliver high-quality care. The role focuses on keeping the facility staffed, maintained, and compliant across sites.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with on-call responsibilities; weekends and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field or HS Diploma with 2+ years direct care experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• CPR/First Aid Certification and TB clearance.
• Valid driver’s license with consistent driving history.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of Clients and Staff on shift with supervisory oversight.
• Stay updated on Program Guidelines and disseminate to staff.
• Train New Hires to work efficiently and safely in all facilities.
• Manage logistics: intake, discharges, transitions, appointments.
• Collaborate with management to implement improvements and meet regulatory requirements.
• Support weekend activities and coordinate weekly inventories and supplies.
• Safely transport Clients as needed and respond to questions from staff.
