Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Licensed clinician (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) with active state licensure.
• Active registration with the state licensure board is required.
• Experience with groups, family therapy and individual therapy; addiction work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluation, biopsychosocial assessment and diagnostic summaries.
• Prepare person-centered treatment plans, provide therapy and crisis interventions.
• Review and sign clinical documentation for licensure compliance and interns.
• Provide supervision guidance to practicum students and non-licensed staff as needed.
• Maintain electronic health records reflecting course of treatment and outcomes.
• Attend staff meetings and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
