AMFM Healthcare in Fallbrook, CA is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee house operations, staff training, and ensure program policies are followed. The role focuses on client and staff safety, coordinating shifts, and maintaining daily residence upkeep.

This full-time position requires weekend and night availability, a valid driver’s license, DOJ LiveScan clearance, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to work across multiple shifts. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Pass a federal DOJ LiveScan background check.
• Flexible schedule required with ability to cover different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of Clients and Staff during shifts.
• Stay updated with Program Guidelines and disseminate to staff.
• Train New Hires to meet company standards and safety.
• Manage logistics: intake, discharges, transitions, and outside appointments.
• Coordinate with management on improvements and staff needs.
• Build rapport with clients and staff; communicate concerns to management.
• Assist with weekend activities, inventory, and supplies.
• Ensure regulatory requirements (DHCS/CCL/Joint Commission) are met.
• Provide retraining or refresher courses when needed.
