Loudoun County Government is seeking an Operations Manager-Group Homes within the Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services to lead residential services with person-centered and trauma-informed approaches.

The role oversees multiple residential program services, directs work plans, supervises program managers, interns, volunteers, and part-time staff, and represents the department in internal and external meetings. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to mental health, social work, psychology, or similar field.
• Five years of related work experience including one year of supervisory or team leadership.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership and oversight of several residential program services in the community.
• Works collaboratively with other Residential managers to ensure delivery of excellent services.
• Manages work plans and operational duties, develops and implements annual staff development and training programs, and supervises staff and volunteers.
• Represents the Department at internal and external meetings and consults with other agencies and service providers.
• Maintains compliance with laws and regulations, analyzes program revenue and success.
