Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicle.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 70 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety and procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks (coax, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi) per customer needs.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
• Maintain and stock vehicle and equipment; report safety concerns promptly.
