Qualifications

• 3-5 years residential mortgage sales experience required.
• Knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio guidelines; mortgage processing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral source relationships (realtors, builders, professionals).
• Recruit, hire and onboard new loan officers; build sales culture.
• Manage production and KPIs; coach to goal achievement.
• Lead team to drive volume growth and market share.
• Monitor risk, compliance and policy adherence; escalate issues as needed.
