Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing real estate lending.

Aufgaben

• Develop referral contacts (realtors, builders, professional contacts).
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third Mortgage Company's policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of loan products, processing procedures, underwriting and guidelines.
• Take applicant applications using Fannie Mae form 1003.
• Use laptop for communication, rates, credit reports, Loan Prospector, and transmitting loan to LOMAS.
• Collect documentation and deliver loan package within management timeframes.
• Manage pipeline from origination to closing and complete reports.
• Provide timely updates to branches and applicants.
