Fifth Third Bank in Westerville, OH is seeking a mortgage loan originator to manage the residential loan process from application to closing. You will develop referral networks, maintain product and policy knowledge, and ensure timely communication with applicants and branches.

The role requires at least 2 years of mortgage lending experience, strong customer service, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Opportunity for incentive-based compensation and regional growth.

Competenze

• Must have knowledge of conventional and/or government lending guidelines.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Familiarity with federal lending regulations governing real estate lending.
• NMLS registration required at time of employment.

Mansioni

• Develop referral contacts (realtors, builders, professional/personal contacts).
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third Mortgage Company policies and procedures.
• Support loan processing with knowledge of products, guidelines, and procedures.
• Collect documentation from applicants and deliver loan packages within set timeframes.
• Manage loan pipeline from originations to closing and prepare management reports.
