Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification of collateral and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates loan progress; obtains required documentation.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and federal regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Addresses inquiries from customers and walk-ins about loan products and qualification information.
• Performs sales calls to develop new business or retain existing clients; cross-sells bank products.
• Reads surveys and appraisals; addresses encroachments and violations as needed.
• Participates in networking to promote loan products.
