Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification of collateral and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers, communicates progress, and collects required documentation.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Cross-sells other bank products and services and participates in networking to promote loan products.
