Job summary

Elements Financial is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in Indianapolis, IN. You will develop relationships with realtors, title companies, and members to generate referrals and close loans.

You will manage pipelines, ensure compliance with RESPA/HMDA, and deliver exceptional member experience throughout the loan process. The role requires 5+ years of mortgage origination experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage originating and loan structuring experience.
• Must be registered or meet registration requirements with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System with an active NMLS License ID.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with local realtors and title companies.
• Build strong relationships with members and external sources to create referrals and return business.
• Manage personal pipelines to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Communicate effectively with members during application and loan process to deliver exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure a smooth loan process for members and employees.
