First Financial Bank in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a mortgage loan professional to grow our secondary market lending capabilities. You will analyze borrower finances, solicit new prospects, and guide customers through product options while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Collaborative team environment, comprehensive training, and strong emphasis on customer service and ethics are core to this role. Prior mortgage experience preferred because you will manage complex lending scenarios.

Competenze

• Two years of mortgage loan experience and one year of real estate/sales experience.
• Bachelor's Degree may substitute for experience.
• Working knowledge of mortgage lending laws and regulations.
• Familiar with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA regulations and guidelines.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and related applications.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and strong interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Solicits new prospects for residential mortgage loans through contacts and referrals.
• Interviews borrowers to analyze financial and credit data to determine financing objectives.
• Advises customers on product pricing and gathers required information.
• Develops and maintains a network of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.
• Maintains knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates commitment to professional ethics.
• Participates in job-specific training and bank training programs as required.
• Complies with all Federal and State laws and regulations including BSA/AML and bank policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Acts in sales and service-focused manner and follows bank policies.
