First Financial Bank in Fort Worth, Texas seeks a mortgage loan professional to manage secondary market loans. You will interview borrowers, analyze financial data, and advise on product options, while building a strong network of real estate contacts.

Role requires familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA guidelines, and strong communication and ethics. A related degree or equivalent experience is valued. Full-time, on-site position with professional development opportunities.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree with real estate or finance specialization may substitute for experience.
Working knowledge of mortgage lending laws and regulations necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related computer applications required.

Mansioni

Solicits new residential mortgage secondary market loan opportunities through contacts with customers, brokers, builders, and other entities.
Interviews borrowers to analyze financial and credit data to determine financing objectives.
Advises customers on product pricing policies and gathers required information.
