Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH in Salem, OR seeks a Mitigation Project Manager to lead residential mitigation projects from assessment to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget results to high standards. You’ll collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and insurance adjusters, and drive projects through every phase using Xactimate and other tools.

This role requires 2–10+ years in PM or supervisory roles, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a valid Oregon license, and a commitment to professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent PM experience; disaster restoration preferred.
• 2–10+ years in PM or supervisory roles.
• Ability to pass background and pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Adherence to Zero Tolerance policy and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential mitigation projects from start to finish with stakeholders.
• Pursue leads to generate new mitigation business.
• Create a full client service schedule.
• Visit job sites and write estimates as needed.
• Use Xactimate to prepare estimates.
• Utilize estimating and job management software for docs.
• Schedule and coordinate with in-house and subcontracted technicians.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Provide excellent service and build relationships with insurance adjusters.
• Manage documentation with third-party administrators and policyholders.
• Ensure profitability by managing costs and budgets.
• Follow SOPs to ensure successful job completion.
• Obtain Work Authorization forms and necessary docs.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality service.
• Identify, hire, and develop technicians.
• Complete billing-related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to SLAs and document requirements.
• Log information in job file software and CRM notes.
• Stay up to date with required certifications and training.
