DRYmedic Restoration Services in Ohio is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, overseeing the Mitigation Project Coordinator and Mitigation Director. You will ensure timely completion, build strong relationships with customers and adjusters, and develop scopes of work for mitigation opportunities.

The ideal candidate has emergency restoration experience, sales skills, and proficiency in Xactimate and estimating tools.

Qualifications

• Emergency restoration experience is required.
• Sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.
• Full-time position is required.
• IICRC certifications (WTR/ASD/AMRT/FSRT) preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspects new job opportunities.
• Sells and signs up new opportunities for service.
• Works with Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projects.
• Develops project scopes.
• Manages client and adjuster communications.
• Directs assigned team members on job sites.
• Develops and monitors job workflows.
• Organizes subcontractors as needed.
• Orders vendors for the job site.
• Manages job site issues.
• Manages DASH job files.
• Estimates jobs in Xactimate.
• Creates final invoices in Xactimate.
