Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, selling new work, developing scopes, and coordinating teams. You will communicate with clients, adjusters, and staff to ensure timely, high-quality mitigation work.

Ideal candidates will have emergency restoration experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Xactimate and DASH, plus a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant experience in emergency restoration.
• Sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.
• IICRC certifications are preferred (WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT).
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect new job opportunities.
• Sell and sign up new opportunities for service.
• Schedule projects with Mitigation Project Coordinator.
• Develop project scopes and manage client, adjuster, and other stakeholders' communication.
• Direct assigned team members on job sites and monitor workflows.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors as needed.
• Estimate jobs in Xactimate and create final invoices.
