Job description

As a Residential Mentor, you will make a meaningful difference by supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives and community involvement. Through mentorship, skill development, and transportation support, you will help participants live more independently and reach their goals.

Starting wage: $17/hr

Schedule: 3-week rotating schedule. See below for rotation.

Week 2
Sunday- OFF
Monday- OFF
Tuesday- 3:00 pm-8:00 am
Wednesday- 3:00 pm- 8:00 am
Thursday- OFF
Friday- OFF
Saturday- OFF

Week 3
Sunday- OFF
Monday- 3:00 pm-8:00 am
Tuesday- OFF
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- OFF
Friday- 4:00 pm-through Saturday-
4:00 pm (24 hour shift)

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
• Muse be able to lift 50 lbs.
