Job description

Starting wage is $17.00/hr

As a Residential Mentor, you will provide supervision, instruction and guidance to Endeavor Living Participants, manage household duties, and complete required documentation of services. The position also includes personal care of individuals when needed.

Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Schedule

3‑week rotating schedule. Sample:

• Week 1:
  Sunday: 8:00 am‑8:00 am
  Monday: OFF
  Tuesday: OFF
  Wednesday: OFF
  Thursday: 3:00 pm‑8:00 am
  Friday: OFF
  Saturday: 4:00 pm‑8:00 am
• Week 2:
  Sunday: OFF
  Monday: OFF
  Tuesday: 3:00 pm‑8:00 am
  Wednesday: 3:00 pm‑8:00 am
  Thursday: OFF
  Friday: OFF
  Saturday: OFF
• Week 3:
  Sunday: OFF
  Monday: 3:00 pm‑8:00 am
  Tuesday: OFF
  Wednesday: OFF
  Thursday: OFF
  Friday: 4:00 pm‑through Saturday: 4:00 pm (24‑hour shift)

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to participants.
• Assist during meal times.
• Assist individuals in all aspects of maintaining their homes.
• Monitor medication and complete required documentation.
• Provide safe transportation of participants.
• Plan and supervise outings and recreational activities.
