Job summary

Glen-Gery in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Residential Sales Representative to act as an ambassador for Brickworks and the Brickworks Supply Yard. You will nurture relationships with builders, designers and homeowners and drive sales across our masonry and ancillary products.

The successful candidate will develop rapport, present our premium brick lines, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic account development and hands-on demonstrations on site or at customer locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
2+ years in sales; masonry product knowledge preferred.
Proven ability to prospect, develop and close new business.

Responsibilities

Establish accounts within home builder community and foster relationships with designers, architects, builders, general contractors and masons.
Drive sales through strategic product placement and quarterly quotas.
Prepare quotes, write orders and communicate with internal teams to fulfill requests.
Educate customers on masonry and cladding products and provide on-site demonstrations when needed.
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and report to management.
