Job summary

Glen-Gery seeks an Architectural Sales Representative to maintain relationships with our existing home builder base and develop new business opportunities across the territory. You will drive revenue by presenting our masonry lines, coordinating with design professionals, and supporting the sales cycle from quotes to orders.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, target achievement, and occasional travel to project sites, meetings, and training sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4-year degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2+ years in sales with masonry knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish accounts within the home builder community and build relationships with designers, architects and builders.
• Drive sales through strategic product placement and prospecting.
• Meet sales quotas and deliverables while developing monthly and yearly forecasts.
• Educate on Glen Gery masonry and cladding products and new launches.
• Prepare quotes, write orders, and coordinate with internal teams through the sales process.
• Travel occasionally for site visits, meetings and training.
