Job summary

Support Solutions Trenton in Trenton, TN seeks a Residential Manager to oversee administrative and programmatic duties in assigned facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring recipient needs are met, staffing patterns, training, and compliance with licensure.

The role requires coordinating ISP meetings, supervising Direct Support Professionals, and maintaining accurate records. Weekend coverage may be required; position is full-time, Monday through Friday with weekend duties.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of direct service experience with adults with mental disabilities.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Functional computer knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Current TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• All required trainings must be completed and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and schedule staff.
• Attend ISP meetings and Circle of Support meetings and help develop ISP plans.
• Coordinate staff meetings and training to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide direct service coverage including transportation as needed.
• Ensure records are complete and meet regulations; monitor budget for assigned homes.
• Monitor safety, maintain a clean and safe home environment, manage menus and supplies.
• Communicate openly with manager and staff.
