Caregiver in Jackson, TN is seeking a Residential Coordinator to lead DSP teams, oversee staffing, ensure documentation accuracy, and support onboarding. You will help coordinate household operations, schedule appointments, and maintain a safe, compliant, person-centered environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver's license, and experience with IDD settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• IDD experience preferred (1–2+ years).
• Strong organization, documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision and leadership of DSP I and II staff, including staffing coverage.
• Support day-to-day operations of assigned home(s): routines, inventory, menu planning.
• Oversee care activities, schedule medical/personal appointments, and report changes.
• Provide direct care coverage as needed and ensure continuity during gaps.
• Submit maintenance requests and conduct home audits.
• Support onboarding and training, and ensure competency checklists are completed.
• Validate documentation accuracy and timely submissions.
• Manage clients' use of personal funds and maintain compliant records.
• Conduct routine safety drills and enforce life safety standards.
• Serve as first-line contact for urgent home-level issues and on-call responses.
• Support quality improvement and uphold standards of care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
