Job summary

Support Solutions Of The Mid-south Llc is hiring a House Manager to oversee administrative and programmatic duties for assigned residences. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure staffing ratios, training, and compliant documentation, and support individuals with disabilities to lead self-directed lives.

Responsibilities include planning meetings, ISP/PCSP development, progress documentation, and coordinating staff schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of direct service delivery experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate staffing patterns.
• Attend planning meetings and help develop plans of care (ISP/PCSP).
• Document progress in monthly reviews and ensure accurate electronic records.
• Schedule regular staff meetings and train staff on policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe transport of clients using agency or personal vehicle and maintain communications with staff.
