Job summary

MSP Real Estate is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the Greenfield property operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and help ensure safe, well‑maintained buildings for our residents.

The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general maintenance tasks. A valid driver's license and willingness to participate in on‑call rotations are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of maintenance experience preferred (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, or general building maintenance).
• Knowledge of applicable fire, life-safety, and building codes is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and maintenance instructions.
• Experience safely operating hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to participate in on-call maintenance rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the property, buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and replace equipment and building components as needed.
• Perform general repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and other building systems.
• Monitor HVAC systems to maintain comfortable temperatures and air quality.
• Coordinate inspections of fire protection, security, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Complete work orders and document repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
