A fast, friendly response to resident requests is essential for maintaining safe, well-kept properties. Qualified candidates will have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license with adequate auto insurance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience required.
• EPA certification is required for the role.
• Driver's license and auto insurance mandatory.
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Repair, replace, or install fixtures and appliances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Work in a team environment to maintain community standards.
