Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC certification, boiler certification if appropriate.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property.
• Ability to lift up to 110 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Property Appearance/Upkeep: keep the property neat and well-maintained and conduct daily inspections.
• Appliance Maintenance: troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Make Ready: bring units to market-ready condition per company standards.
• Laundry room: maintain laundry facilities per guidelines.
• Pool Maintenance: perform daily chemical inspections and cleaning if applicable.
• Customer Service: support resident satisfaction and respond to on-call emergencies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
