Job summary

The Yarco Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties and uphold high standards of safety and service. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks across multiple communities.

Ideal candidates possess at least one year of property maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work weekends or on-call shifts as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC certification if appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Property appearance and upkeep; inspect interior and exterior daily.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Make ready units to market-ready condition; some painting may be required.
• Maintain laundry rooms according to company guidelines.
• Pool maintenance and chemical inspections (if applicable).
• Provide resident support and on-call emergency response as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
