Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC, boiler certifications if appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of residential apartment homes, public space, outside grounds and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs; troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues.
• Make ready units to market-ready condition; some painting may be required.
• Maintain laundry rooms and common areas.
• Support safety and on-call emergencies as needed.
