Job summary

The Woodlands in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks that keep the property safe, clean, and fully functional. You will diagnose issues, order supplies, and document work performed to meet Greystar standards.

This role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues to meet safety and building standards.
• Complete preventive maintenance and make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Track inventory and document work orders.
• Assist in site safety and compliance with policies.
