Westland Real Estate Group seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician for Amber Hill Apartments in San Antonio, TX. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks to maintain residents' homes and respond to maintenance requests on a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• The physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• For Higher Levels (II, III, IV): Advanced experience (3–6+ years) and/or specialized certifications (HVAC, Electrical, etc.) are highly desirable and will be considered for higher-level positions and pay.

Aufgaben

• Repairs & Maintenance: Perform a wide range of hands-on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to resolve resident work orders and keep the property in excellent condition.
• Unit Turnover (Make-Ready): Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing all necessary repairs, painting, and fixture installations to ensure a quality move-in experience.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds to identify and address issues proactively.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to residents, communicating professionally and completing service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
