This role requires 1-2+ years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to participate in rotating on-call after-hours emergencies; higher levels (II-IV) may require 3-6+ years or certifications and offer higher pay.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or similar setting
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
• The physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Higher levels (II, III, IV) require advanced experience and/or specialized certifications (HVAC, Electrical) and will be considered for higher pay

Responsibilities

• Repairs & Maintenance: hands-on work including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting to resolve resident work orders and maintain property condition
• Unit Turnover: prepare vacant apartments with repairs, painting, fixtures for new residents
• Preventative Maintenance: routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Customer Service: provide professional, timely service requests completion to residents
