Qualifikationen

• The physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• For Higher Levels (II, III, IV): Advanced experience (3–6+ years) and/or specialized certifications (HVAC, Electrical, etc.) are highly desirable and will be considered for higher-level positions and pay.

Position Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you are the hero of our property. You are essential to keeping our community running smoothly and ensuring our residents have a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained place to call home. You will handle a wide variety of tasks, from routine upkeep to urgent repairs, making every day different. This position will be required to respond to after-hours on-call maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule.
