Westland Real Estate Group in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Maintenance Technician for Alegria Del Sol to handle routine upkeep and urgent repairs, ensuring residents have a safe and comfortable home. You may be required to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• > 1-2+ years hands-on maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting.
• "> Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• "> A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• "> Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• "> The physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• "> For Higher Levels (II, III, IV): advanced experience (3-6+ years) and/or specialized certifications are desirable.

Responsabilités

• > Repairs & Maintenance: Perform a wide range of hands-on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to resolve resident work orders and keep the property in excellent condition.
• "> Unit Turnover (Make-Ready): Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing all necessary repairs, painting, and fixture installations to ensure a quality move-in experience.
• "> Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds to identify and address issues proactively.
• "> Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to residents, communicating professionally and completing service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
