MRK Property Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the Willow Pond community in Perth Amboy, NJ. You will perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and conduct preventative maintenance across assigned properties to keep grounds and buildings in top condition.

Responsibilities include restoring vacated apartments, handling on-call emergencies, and completing cleaning and maintenance tasks with attention to safety and quality.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance or construction experience.
• One year of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Must be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Requires ability to read, speak and comprehend English.
• Proficiency in performing plumbing, electric and machinery repair.
• Ability to follow direction and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventative maintenance, including building and alarm systems.
• Restores vacated apartments to move-in condition for new residents.
• Removes snow, ice, and leaves from sidewalks, walkways, steps and driveways/parking spaces.
• Completes janitorial requirements in accordance with the schedule.
• Responds to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays—resolves issues.
• Patrols property daily to identify cleaning needs and remove trash/debris from grounds and common areas.
