MRK Partners maintains and repairs across assigned properties, focusing on keeping grounds and buildings in top condition. This role covers the Willows at Pleasantville community in Pleasantville, NJ, a 128-unit property, requiring strong diagnostic skills and pride in maintenance work.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of maintenance experience, with on-call availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays. HVAC/EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance or construction experience.
• One year of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
• EPA certification preferred; HVAC certification preferred.
• Must be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• Restores vacated apartments to move-in condition for new residents.
• Removes snow, ice and leaves from sidewalks, walkways, steps, and driveways.
• Completes janitorial requirements per schedule.
• Responds to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Patrols property daily, removes litter and debris, and maintains common areas.
