Job summary

MRK Property Management LLC in Turnersville, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, diagnose issues, and conduct preventative maintenance across assigned properties.

Responsibilities include restoring vacated apartments, snow removal, janitorial duties, and responding to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Candidate must have high school diploma or GED and be able to travel up to 10–20% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance or construction experience.
• One year of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications preferred.
• Must be able to read, speak and comprehend English.
• Proficiency in performing plumbing, electric and machinery repair.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• Restores vacated apartments to move-in condition for new residents.
• Removes snow, ice and leaves from sidewalks, walkways, steps and driveways/parking spaces.
• Completes janitorial requirements in accordance with the janitorial schedule.
• Responds to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays-resolving issues.
• Patrols property daily to identify areas in need of cleaning and completes required work.
