Qualifications

• 5–10 years of maintenance or trades experience, preferably in residential.
• Strong working knowledge across multiple trades.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across residential units.
• Respond to service calls and complete work orders timely.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
