Job summary

RCAP Solutions, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold a safe, comfortable living environment for residents and staff.

You will be on-call after hours for emergencies and perform general maintenance across assigned properties, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting tasks. You will also handle preventive maintenance, janitorial duties, snow removal, and coordination with vendors while maintaining inventory and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; technical training preferred.
• Must have basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills.
• Experience in residential property maintenance is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work on-call after RCAP business hours.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance and custodial duties at assigned site(s).
• Perform drywall repairs, painting prep and painting work.
• Handle carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC minor repairs.
• Respond to service requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Snow removal and seasonal grounds work as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage parts inventory.
