Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Trade school certification or diploma is a plus.
• EPA Section 608 Type I/II/Universal certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment (if applicable).
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation when operating a vehicle.
• Computer literacy and clear English communication.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call with after-hours contact.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform manual duties.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address resident service requests.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and other repairs.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
