Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Computer literacy and fluent English communication.
• Ability to work weekends and respond to emergencies after hours.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Must use own smartphone for work with secure devices.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address resident service requests and maintain units.
• Perform hands-on maintenance including plumbing and electrical work.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections to identify repairs.
• Operate during assigned shift Tuesday–Saturday 9am–6pm.
