Job summary

The RMR Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping residential properties safe and well‑maintained in Denver, CO. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, coordinate make‑ready repairs, and respond to on‑call requests while adhering to company policies and federal/state regulations.

Candidates should have 2+ years of maintenance property management experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances.
• Inspect and maintain tools and utility cut-offs.
• Diagnose and repair common issues and coordinate make-ready repairs.
• Report major repairs to Maintenance Supervisor before expenditures.
• Change locks and assist in moving equipment as needed.
• Follow safety policies and state/federal regulations.
