Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform hands-on maintenance and preventative care for residential properties in Denver. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and manage make-ready tasks to prepare units for new residents.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather. You will also maintain inventory, assist contractors when needed, follow safety protocols, and contribute to

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (where applicable).
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and code requirements.
• Prepare vacants for leasing, perform pre-move-out inspections, and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory and requisition supplies through maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Assist in cost-control by using parts efficiently and proper tool use.
